A unique immersive language experience with the time to explore Costa Rica.

AEC’s Spanish language immersion programs in Costa Rica are designed for all types of students. Our accredited language programs allow for a very personal language experience, while at the same time, ample opportunity to explore what makes Costa Rica so unique.

We have the most diverse locations, throughout Costa Rica, which are truly unique and different. One can combine more than one location to take advantage of the various locals that AEC offers. Experience the Pacific coast in Playa Dominical or north to Playa Tamarindo. Combine those with a visit to the interior of Arenal and or Turrialba. This way you can visit multiple locations and see more of Costa Rica but still learning and building your language skills. Our teaching staff is certified in second language development and will create a personal language learning plan.

Year round we offer Private, one-on-one, or Semi-Private, two-on-one language programs. We also offer Private Group Lessons with people who travel together and are of the same level. Our teaching methods allow for greater language growth personally than do most mixed group class structures.

In the summer (Mid-June to Mid-August) we offer Spanish camps for all ages, from 2 to 99. We also offer Mixed Group Classes, where different students can come and study with other students from all over the world.

These popular group lessons and Camps are offered only at our Playa Tamarindo and Turrialba locations only. Of course, with any of our programs or camps, it is all Covid permitting. Check with the AEC representative for more information on those group rates and class availability.
